My aim is to develop and grow the sales and lettings business creating a clear branch infrastructure, through a well-motivated team, give effective leadership and be accountable for results and people, whilst complying with procedures and policies at all times. I am responsible for keeping the team up to date with lettings legislative changes and innovation within the industry so I can be sure we are offering customers a cutting edge and industry leading service.

Lettings Property Management is one of the most important roles in demonstrating, managing and maintaining the highest levels of Property Management and Customer Service. The main purpose of my role is to ensure all properties are safe and compliant and to oversee the management of our Clients’ property portfolios and ensure the processes and procedures are maintained in accordance with Company Policies. Excellent customer service and efficiency are the direct result of retaining a Landlord’s portfolio for many years to come and will be the deciding factor in a Landlord increasing their property portfolios with us.

Kiera Barrow Lettings Coordinator
My role is to carry out the relevant administration in respect of all tenancies, together with managing and overseeing Landlords rental accounts and Clients’ monies. My daily priority is to ensure the lettings administration runs smoothly and tenancies are fully compliant and signed by all relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner. I am responsible for implementing and following the company processes and procedures and maintaining agreed standards.
